Multimedia Design Specialist | January 2019 - Present

My role is primarily responsible for creating realistic and stylized multimedia content to support any and all marketing efforts across the entire organization.

These duties include end-to-end live and animated video production, and producing hundreds of custom video requests from our remote sales staff located across the United States.

  • Completed many full-pipeline film productions, both on-set and on-location across the country using RED cameras and other advanced video equipment.

  • Achieved the goal of increasing our yearly video views across the entire organization by 30%.

  • Re-imagined and modernized our corporate animation style to include character animations using After Effects and DUIK Bassel.

  • Integrated and advocated for introducing a Lottie workflow for animations, including assisting the development team in implementing them to our website.

  • Managed tight deadlines and unexpected projects with fast turnarounds, while communicating production progress across all internal and external stakeholders.

My role was to manage and develop strategy for video production, content marketing, and social media campaigns for clients as both a lead and support specialist.

These duties included full-pipeline video production, organic social media and advertising campaigns, as well as creating content marketing strategy, blog writing, and email marketing.

  • Launched and managed BigWing's digital marketing video service line, and strategized with clients.

  • Managed the entire video production process: script copywriting, pre-production, on-location shoots and post-production including motion graphic creation.

  • Generated $50,000+ revenue in new video business in 2018.

  • Collaborated with content marketing, social media management, search engine optimization and programmatic advertising teams to cohesively integrate video marketing into the client's overall campaign.

Throughout my time in this role I played a major part in improving our video output from 12 courses released per month to over 35 courses released per month, an increase of over 200%.

  • Managed the entire production pipeline for the website, with over two years of flawless daily releases.

  • Edited and fixed video issues for a team of over nine authors, reducing their production time by 20%.

  • Kept over 10 terabytes of video and course data organized and easily accessible.

  • Ensured error-free copy on all video introductions, titles, descriptions and course information.

  • Worked with content acquisitions to help our contract video authors deliver the best video content quality possible from all across the globe.
